Change of mind

For most items, if you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item free of charge.

Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) along with proof of purchase and within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you can receive a full refund of the product price (any delivery charges will not be refunded). We will provide a refund on online orders in the same form as your original payment.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for refunds may take longer during sale periods.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us once you have made a purchase. This right to withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (being the last day you take possession of the goods ordered from us). In order to exercise this withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal button in your order email or click here.

Where you exercise the withdrawal right, we will refund you the purchase price (less any reduction in the value of the goods caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect them which will be withheld by us) and the standard shipping cost (noting you will not be refunded if you have selected an express or premium delivery option).

If you have received the goods which are the subject of the withdrawn contract, you must return them within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Where you exercise your right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or you sending us acceptable proof of postage confirming the goods have been dispatched to us, whichever is the earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of any goods where you have exercise the right of withdrawal.
